The Neighborhood Strategy Area includes 100 housing units distributed throughout the City of Allentown. These properties are available to families and senior citizens. The program includes one-, two- and three-bedroom sites at nine properties, including:

- 301-309 N. 7th St.
- 127-129 N. 7th St.
- 602-610 Chew St.
- 130 Hall St.
