Right To Know

The Allentown Housing Authority guarantees transparency in all of its public business and complies with all state and federal right to know legislation and requests for information will be handled in accordance with existing law. All requests for information under the federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) or the Pennsylvania Open Records Law (Sunshine Act) should be submitted in writing to:
